1.Hot-dip aluminum-zinc color coated sheet(prepainted galvalume steel sheet)
Hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel sheets can also be used as color-coated substrates (55% AI-Zn and 5% AI-Zn);
2.Hot-dip galvanized color coated steel sheet(prepainted galvanized steel sheet)
The product obtained by coating an organic coating on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is a hot-dip galvanized color-coated plate. In addition to the protective effect of zinc, the hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet also protects against rust and has a longer service life than hot-dip galvanized sheet;
3.Electroplated zinc color coated sheet
The electro-galvanized sheet is used as the substrate, and the product obtained by baking with the organic coating is an electrogalvanized color-coated plate. It has a beautiful appearance and excellent processing properties, and therefore can be mainly used for home appliances, audio, steel furniture, interior decoration, and the like.
Coating Type
Polyester (PE): Good adhesion, rich colors, wide range in formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, and low cost.
Silicon modified polyester(SMP): Good abrasion resistance and heat resistance, as well as good external durability and chalking resistance, general flexibility，gloss retention, and medium cost.
High Durability Polyester(HDP): Excellent color retention and anti-ultraviolet performance, excellent outdoor durability and anti-pulverization, good paint film adhesion, rich color, excellent cost performance.
Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF): Excellent color retention and UV resistance,excellent solvent resistance, good moldability, stain resistance, limited color, and high cost. excellent outdoor durability and chalking resistance。

Cut large coils into small coils or Strip.
For steel coils, we can cut one large steel coil into small steel coils for loading at seaport; because for container shipping, each container usually loads weight can not be over 26 tons, but each large coil is usually about 28 tons, so one large coils has to be cut into small coils, and because the forklift usually takes 7-10 tons at seaport, so for easy loading into conatiner, each large steel coil usually is cut into 3 small coils. For bulk vessel shipping, it usually demands coils weight under 18 tons, so most times, also need cut one large coil into 2 small coils.
Open flat coils into steel plate.
For final application, need open flat the coils and cut the coils into steel plate, so we open flat the coils and cut the coils to steel plate to the sizes as required. For saving cost for loading by container, load into 20 feet containers, so cut the length under 5800mm, usually as required to cut to length 2440mm and 5800mm, width usually be 1220mm and 1500mm.after cutting the steel coils into steel plate, we can do black paints on the surface of the plate to make the plate to be anti-rust.
